Terms and Conditions

1.) Must be 21, or older, to order. (Will be verified by UPS) 

2.) Limit of 3 bottles per person per day. If you order more we may need to contact you to verify products are for more than one adult over 21.   

3.) Spirits must be legal to ship (via UPS) to your address. It is currently legal for us to ship spirits to the following states. Please do not order if you are in a prohibited state. We will not be able to ship and must issue a refund.

Products are shipped from Ventura, CA. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
